2006-02-02 [First Wizard]: Drake did as she said and slowly re-opened his eyes, his face set in a grim expression. "Yeah... He's back alright. Don't know how, but he is..."

2006-02-02 [divinesage]: Serania sighed and looked up at Drake from her seated position on the ground. "Sooo... what now?"

2006-02-02 [Sabrina Catherine]: Dylan was beginning to wake up.

2006-02-02 [First Wizard]: Drake frowned as he slowly brought himself into a proper sitting position. "We wait. We don't know his intentions this time."

2006-02-02 [First Wizard]: Auron passed directly under Dylan as he walked. He grinned that evil Agendain grin of his and Drakes and used some magic to take the heat in the air and start a fire at the base of the tree and in some of the branches with it. He wondered how the woman would react to that. It was always fun seeing peoples reactions to various things he thought.

2006-02-02 [divinesage]: Serania scoffed. "Well, it's AURON. His intentions can't be good."

2006-02-02 [Sabrina Catherine]: Dylan was still waking up.

2006-02-02 [First Wizard]: Drake nodded slightly to say that she's probably right. "True, but he might not be intending it immediately. I say you all move into the castle with Zedd and I and be very careful to defend yourself. Keep on the lookout for him."

2006-02-02 [divinesage]: Serania looked worried. "Alright... I just need to get something from my house. Arin, come with me." She said as she grabbed Arin's arm and began dragging him, ignoring his protests.

2006-02-02 [Sabrina Catherine]: Dylan could still see her dream as she woke up.

2006-02-02 [First Wizard]: Drake stood up and followed them. "I'd better come with you."

2006-02-02 [divinesage]: Suddenly, Serania smelt (is that a word? lol...) smoke. Still dragging Arin, she rushed in the direction of the smoke to see Dylan sitting in the alighted tree. "Good heavens! Arin, go save her!" Arin gaped at Serania before jumping into the tree, grabbing Dylan around the waist and jumping down again.

2006-02-02 [First Wizard]: Auron stood silently watching her as the flames spread and got closer and closer to Dylan. He grinned in expectance.

2006-02-02 [Sabrina Catherine]: Dylan shrieked as she was awakened. "What's going on!"

2006-02-02 [divinesage]: Arin set her down gently. "You were about to be burned to a crisp. I like my girls medium rare, not well done. So I figured I'd better grab you before it got to that point.

2006-02-02 [divinesage]: ((hee, I love Arin's corny pick-up lines!))

2006-02-02 [Sabrina Catherine]: She blushed a little. "T-thanks...."

2006-02-02 [First Wizard]: Auron's grin disappearred and he cursed under his breath as Arin saved the girl. As a slight revenge he pulled all of the remaining warmth in the air out to create a blazing inferno all around Arin and even setting some of it to start on him, ctatching Arin and Dylan on fire and surrounding them with a powerful ring of fire as he disappearred into the trees behind them. Starting the fire left the air in the area feeling colder than the arctic oceans even with the massive fire capturing Arin and Dylan. Auron let out his bone-chilling laugh as he disappearred just as Drake was catching up to them.

2006-02-02 [divinesage]: Arin flashed a faint smile then turned to Serania. "K, I played knight in shining armor. Now what?"

2006-02-02 [Sabrina Catherine]: "Ok.... fire.... sure... ummm.... it can't hurt me...." She played with some of the fire.

2006-02-02 [divinesage]: The smile quickly disappeared. "Shit... umm... Serania? Help? Ow.."

2006-02-02 [Sabrina Catherine]: Dylan took the fire, and controlled it, and made it disappear. That took a few minutes/

2006-02-02 [divinesage]: Serania quickly doused the fire with a water spell and healed the light burns Arin recieved. She then looked at Dylan. "Umm... are you alright? Need any healing?"

2006-02-02 [Sabrina Catherine]: "No, fire can't hurt me, unless I don't pay attention. I control that element."

2006-02-02 [divinesage]: "Oh, really? That's fascinating! You know, Arin contro-" Arin cut her off by draggin her away. "Come on Serania, let's get that thing you needed."

2006-02-02 [First Wizard]: Auron cursed as he watched from hiding. He stepped back into the open and spoke in his evil, spine-tingling voice. "I guess I'll have to use wizards fire next time. Not even the wizard who summonned it can control the fire once it's left him. Good job wretch... This time."

2006-02-02 [Sabrina Catherine]: She shivered. His attitude sort of turned her on, but she never showed it.

2006-02-02 [First Wizard]: Auron noted her move and grimmaced. It wasn't the reaction he had wanted. He had been hoping to see some true terror in her eyes yet there was almost liking. He wasn't so fond of the girl already. He slowly turned away from them, moving with slow, powerful grace and he continued to hold an increddible air of violence, power and nobility about him

2006-02-03 [You Can't Save Me]: the hooded man lowered his hood showing long white hair, bone white skin, and ruby red eyes. they scanned his surroundings.

2006-02-03 [Sabrina Catherine]: Dylan sighed.

2006-02-03 [First Wizard]: Auron passed the hooded man as he walked onward to the crown city. An extreme air of evil continues to surround him.

2006-02-03 [Lucy, My Angel of Death]: *colt walks around, still looking at his right palm* damn it. what the hell is this thing? when it came out, it ........ was an eyeball......... an actually eyeball on my palm.......... *remembers the eye looking at him with tits blank stare. it had a white iris and a it was colored purple.*

2006-02-03 [First Wizard]: Zedd harrumphed as the man walked past him. He hadn't gotten so much as a simple 'thank you' from him. Some people just didn't know how to act properly he guessed. The old man stood up and brushed the dirt from his robes and began to walk off again.

2006-02-03 [Lucy, My Angel of Death]: *looks upat him* thank you by yhe way..... if it wasnt for you. id probably be dead by now.

2006-02-03 [First Wizard]: Zedd smiled to the young man and extended a hand down to help him up. "Your welcome. It was no problem anyway."

2006-02-04 [You Can't Save Me]: Elric looked at the back of the man...he felt a sinister evil about him, his hand instinctively shot to the hilt of Stormbringer on his back.

2006-02-04 [First Wizard]: Auron grinned as he sensed the mans reaction to him. This place might turn out to be some fun afterall. He trickled some power into the ground causing powerful vines to burst forth around Elric and begin growing amazingly and the vines began wrapping themselves about him, digging deep into his legs as they grab them with thick thorns springing forth to dig into his skin, making freeing himself a painful task.

2006-02-04 [Sabrina Catherine]: Dylan heard something, and turned, and saw waht was happening. "Oh shit..." She ran behind Auron, and shot black flames that caused death on impact, unless they were powerful, then it took a few minutes.

2006-02-04 [First Wizard]: Auron flicked his wrist and a wall of compressed air formed behind him, stopping the flames in their tracks. He turned towards her and grinned that haunting Agendain grin of his. "So... The moth chooses to attack the flame? A word to the wise, or in your case unwise, go home. I don't feel like killing you at the moment but I can be persuaded to change my mind."

2006-02-04 [Sabrina Catherine]: "I won't let you hurt innocent people." She shivered a little, and her face flushed bright red, accented on her pale skin.

2006-02-04 [First Wizard]: He let out his bone-chilling laugh at how funny he thought her to be. The little wretch actually thought she could stop him. "Well that's too bad because I tend to like doing just that." He leaked another bit of power into the ground and suddenly the earth underneath Dylan broke open just deep enough so only her head would be out of the hole. He then quickly closed the hole around her and walked away, leaving wizards fire in a circle, 8 feet across, around her head that ever so slowly closed. "Lets see you controll that fire. It can't be done though. I've killed a lot of fire weilders with wizards fire. Have fun anticipating your doom."

2006-02-04 [Sabrina Catherine]: Dylan struggled. Fear wasn't on her list of emotions.

2006-02-04 [First Wizard]: Auron simply stood and laughed as he walked away from the two trapped people. Yes. This was definately going to be a fun place for him.

2006-02-04 [Sabrina Catherine]: She bit her lip, and surrounded herself in protective silver flames, but she doubted they'd help much.

2006-02-04 [divinesage]: As Arin was dragging Serania away, a feeling of dread hit her like a rock (I've already used that simile, huh? Oh well, lol). She grabbed Arin's arm as a sign for him to stop and turned around. "Did you...?" Arin nodded to tell her that he had felt it too. They quickly dashed off to find the source of the trouble.

2006-02-04 [Sabrina Catherine]: Dylan closed her eyes, and tried to control the flames, but Auron was right, it was impossible. "Fuck...." She didn't worry. If this was her time, then this was her time, and there was no stopping it.

2006-02-04 [divinesage]: Upon arriving at the scene, Serania let out a gasp of terror. Arin looked around and sighed. "We really have to stop this bastard. He's starting to get on my nerves." Arin walked calmly towards Elric and disspelled the vines using his power of controlling nature that he had originally tried to hide. In the meantime, Serania was occupying herself with freeing Dylan from the ground, trying to avoid the wizard's fire.

2006-02-04 [Sabrina Catherine]: "Leave me..... It's not wroth two people getting hurt or worse...."

2006-02-04 [divinesage]: Serania smiled at her. "I've gotten hurt worse before. Trust me. Besides, it won't do much good if I just leave you."

2006-02-04 [Sabrina Catherine]: "You never know....."

2006-02-04 [divinesage]: "It's no fun if you don't try though." She winked at Dylan and busied herself with remembering spells. "Now I know there was a spell for converting rock to mud... what was it again? Gah!"

2006-02-04 [Sabrina Catherine]: "sorry.... can't help you there... I can only deal with fire...."

2006-02-05 [First Wizard]: Auron had moved to sitting in a large tree that's trunk split after a bit up making it look like a large Y. He sat with his legs on one side and leaned against the other part of the trunk. He grinned as he watched the people struggle. He didn't much like that Arin destroyed his vines. He had wanted to see them kill the man, but alas, not all things work to ones plan. He nearly laughed at Serania's plight though. The woman couldn't remember the spell to save the girl and the wizards fire was getting very close. How would she react when the sticky fire caught her? It couldn't be put out, not even with magic and the fire just stuck. A single drop could kill a man since it just kept burning.

2006-02-05 [divinesage]: Serania was still toiling with the act of remembering the simple spell. "Ahhh, what was it? AHA! Now I remember!" She quickly cast the spell on the ground holding the girl and it immediately converted to a sticky mud. Serania then sent her animal companion, a large timber wolf, to retrieve the girl, warning him not to touch the fire. All three were able to escape the predicimant unscathed, but quite sodden with mud. 

2006-02-05 [Sabrina Catherine]: "Thanks...."

2006-02-05 [divinesage]: Serania smiled at her. "Maybe next time I'll think of a spell that involves less... umm... mud." she said as she used a water spell to clean them off.

2006-02-05 [First Wizard]: Auron grimmaced at their ability to escape it all and he hopped down from his perch to walk onward. Eventually he came upon a large open area inside the city with a large fountain and benches all around it. He lazily cast himself into a banch with his legs spread and his arms propped up on top of the back of the bench and his head resting over the back of it as he gazed up at the sky. A position he had learned that Drake, too, liked to take up in this very spot. He guessed the old man and him did have a bit more in common than he thought. No matter though. Drake would still die.

2006-02-06 [Sabrina Catherine]: Dylan smiled. When they were clead, she surrounded everyone in yellow flames to dry off.

2006-02-06 [First Wizard]: Drake had been leaning against a large tree and watching the whole thing with a grin on his face. He so did love to see people suffer. Apparently he and that bastard kid weren't so different after all. And he was suppolsed to e the good guy. Drake nearly larghed at the thought. He slowly hauled himself back to upright on his feet and slowly stalked off towards where Auron had headed.

2006-02-06 [First Wizard]: Drake quickly reached Auron and sat next to him in the bench. His legs spread yet himself sitting upright against the bench's back. He looked at the fountain as he spoke but Auron knew it was to him. "Nice work earlier. You gave those people a good scare. Unfortunately, that's all it was." Auron continued to sit the way he was yet replied calmly, "Unfortunately? I thought you were the good guy? The one who didn't like innocents being killed?" "Heh. Like hell I am. I enjoy watchin people squirm an writhe in agony while they slowly die. It's the reason I'm an assassin and a warrior emperor. I just know where to direct that love, wheras you, don't."

2006-02-06 [First Wizard]: ((Drake's not really quite as nice as most think him.)) Auron arched an eyebrow yet stayed positioned the way he was, as did Drake. "I guess we're more alike than I thought." A grin stole onto Drakes face. "Like father like son, just a few more generations down for us... You know... this is actually one of my favourite spots in the crown city? It's just so peaceful here. I used to always come down here to think and solve problems. Now I'm sitting here, next to my biggest problem. What do you want Auron?" Auron simply sat there, silently. Not saying anything in response. After a pause he finally said, "Like father like son", got up and walked away.

2006-02-06 [Bastet]: Korui walked down a street. She was learnign her way around the place quite quickly.

2006-02-07 [divinesage]: ((Geez, give me time to get home from school! lol)) Serania hurried after Drake, knowing exactly where he was headed. "Drake! Drake!" she ran up to the spot to see Drake sitting by himself. "Wait, wasn't Auron just... why're you... GAH! Drake, you'll be the death of me. Even if I am immortal."

2006-02-07 [First Wizard]: Drake wore a serious face that looked to be in rather deep thought. "Nothing is ever immortal Serania. You may live forever, but you can still be killed. Death can visit everyone. Everyone save me. Consider yourself lucky that you can die."

2006-02-07 [divinesage]: Serania sat down next to him and gazed at the sky. "Don't you find it ironic how those who can die want to be immortal, and those who are immortal want nothing more than death?"

2006-02-07 [First Wizard]: Drake grinned slightly at this as his gaze continued to linger on the fountain. "Aye. That it is. I was once one of the first group. As a young man, after the gods created everyone else that is, and I met Ember, I wished for immortality so I could enjoy life with her forever. Heh. Now I curse that wish, though I know it had nothing to do with how I am now."

2006-02-07 [divinesage]: Serania winced slightly. "Yeah... well, you had a choice at least..." she grasped her hand tightly on a small white stone hanging on a chain around her neck.

2006-02-07 [First Wizard]: Drake laughed at the thought of him having a choice in his predicament. "Nahh. I never really had a choice. I wanted immortality, but it was forced upon me. Now I just want to be rid of it and be mortal again. Live out my days like I was meant to, yet the damned beings called the gods curse me and thus I cannot die..." He finally looked to her out of the corner of his eye and seeing what she was doing, wrapped a big arm around her, pulling her close. "I know it's hard to be immortal, but you'll get used to it one day."

2006-02-07 [divinesage]: "One day? How can you say that? Are you used to it? Sometimes I wonder why I'm stuck with this amulet... And it's not like I can just take it off and forget about it. Anyway, I guess we're both in the same boat. In more ways than just that..."

2006-02-07 [First Wizard]: Drake sighed. "After being around for Thirty billion years, I've gotten used to it. I hate it more than anything else, yet I've accepted it and I'm used to it. And yeah. I guess we are rather in the same boat. Least we've still got each other though?" He let out a slight, joking laugh. "Who needs lovers that'll live forever with you anyway when you've got friends?"

2006-02-07 [divinesage]: Serania managed a small smile. "Yeah, guess so... but what happens when you're forced to watch your other friends dies? Arin, Alaira, Keikan... I don't think I could bear it."

2006-02-07 [First Wizard]: Drake grimmaced. He'd always tried to keep from thinking about when they'd all die. He knew it would happen eventually, but he never wanted to think about it. Much as they aggrivated him, he really did love them all. He then also remembered outliving all his other friends. Anderson, Deregan, Rainear and all the others, many from before Serania's ancestors were even created. "Aye... It's definately a hard sight to see. I've outlived more friends than you could imagine. It's one of the reasons I curse my immortality. I hate even thinking of burying another friend. It's truely a hard thing to do." Tears began to well up in the old mans eyes at recalling all the friends he'd lost over the years.

2006-02-07 [divinesage]: Serania looked over at him and her depression was replaced with guilt. "I'm sorry Drake, I shouldn't have brought it up..." She pulled a tissue out of her pocket and handed it to him.

2006-02-07 [First Wizard]: Drake held up his hand to stop her and shook his head. "Nahh. It's alright. I've probably been represing it all for way too long anyway. I was once told by a wise man that it takes a strong man to hold in his tears, yet it takes a stronger one to let them flow." He reached into a posket and pulled out a gold embroidered black handkerchief. On it were printed 3 Initials: "MJA". Drake quickly cleaned the tears and smiled to Serania.

2006-02-07 [divinesage]: Serania looked at her feet. She didn't know what to do or say when people cried. She was usually the one who cried. But not lately. Not after... his death. The last time she had cried was when Arin had returned from his search and told her the news. But there was always someone there to comfort her, usually Talen. Talen... he wouldn't be around to comfort her anymore. Suddenly, she felt her own eyes well up with tears.. Don't cry... not now... but it was too late. She buried her face in her sleeve to stifle it, but it was still obvious she was crying.

2006-02-07 [First Wizard]: Drake grimmaced and took her arm away from her face with one hand and then wrapped his big arms around her in a comforting hug. He knew what she was remembering and just let her cry. "It's alright Serania. I'm still here for you. Cry all you need. I'll always be here for you."

2006-02-07 [divinesage]: Serania tried to pull away from him. "No... I shouldn't cry... that just makes it worse..."

2006-02-07 [First Wizard]: Drake shook his head and frowned at her. "Where the hell did you learn that bullshit? Crying helps you let go of what's ailing you. If you don't cry eventually, it all wells up inside an eventually something crappy happens from it. Usually being that it all comes out at a miserable time for it, like in a battle. Heck, even I cry. Not often. Maybe once a millennia, but I do because it gets rid of the build-up of things and helps me let go of 'em."

2006-02-07 [divinesage]: Serania pulled herself away from him and stood up. "Crying is admitting that something is wrong. If I can keep myself from crying, and from thinking about it, I won't be upset. As long as I don't think about it..."

2006-02-07 [First Wizard]: Auron had been slowly walking away from the old man the whole time. He'd been thinking about what he'd said to him. What really was it that he wanted anyway? Revenge? Power? A stupid title as the most powerful man around? Those were no good reasons. The only reason revenge was even one of them was because Drake killed him before, but even that was his doing because he had been after killing Drake and his friends so his death was only in defense, by Drake, of his friends. Auron was beginning not to know what to do about anything anymore. He slowly walked up towards Drakes castle. It was said to have the best view in the world and Drake often did his thinking atop the keep beside the castle.

2006-02-07 [First Wizard]: Drake looked at her with those piercing eyes of his. Even though one was a machine, it still retained that Agendain quality about it that made it seem as though it could look through a persons very soul. "Serania... I've often thought of you as one of the smartest people I know, but that was by far, hands down, the dumbest thing I have ever heard you say. The emotions will always be there, no matter if you think about them or not. The only way to get rid of them so they won't make you upset anymore is by letting go of them. As long as you've still got the feelings, you can be made upset by them. Crying won't get rid of 'em fully, true enough. But hidin 'em won't get rid of 'em at all."

2006-02-07 [divinesage]: Serania looked back at him with teary eyes. "I can't even stand to think about it! Everytime I do I break down. It was my fault, Drake. MY FAULT! Someone DIED because of my stupid mistake! No, this is the second person that's died because of my stupid mistakes! How can you say I'm smart? If I had even the tiniest shred of intelligence, I would've known better!" She was shouting at Drake at this point, and the tears had returned.

2006-02-07 [First Wizard]: Drake took her with his big hands on her upper arms. He looked compassionately into her eyes as he spoke calmly and soothingly. "It's alright Serania. Everyone makes mistakes. You can't blame yourself for what others have done. Neither of their deaths were your fault. It was all Ashers. Asher chose to kill them. You didn't. You couldn't have stopped it from happenning either time. Heck, the only mistake you've made regarding him that I know of is not letting me kill him when I had the chance. I'm really sorry you've had to go through all this but you can't hold the blame unto yourself. Keep the blame on whom it belongs. Asher. Not you."

2006-02-07 [divinesage]: Serania looked at her feet again. "It is my fault. All of it's my fault. None of it would have happened if I hadn't been so stupid! If I had stayed away from Asher like my father told me to, then maybe... maybe..."

2006-02-07 [First Wizard]: Drake shook her slightly. "Listen to me! You couldn't have helped it. You didn't want it to happen! You didn't tell Asher to kill them! You didn't say, 'Hey Asher, go kill my father and future lover Talen after he proposes to me'! None of this is your fault so stop beatin yerself up like it is. It's Ashers fault and no one elses save your uncle. And trust me, may the gods help them both should I run into them. Anyway, they're both dead and I know it hurts but it's over. Forget about they're deaths and simply focus on their murderers. Don't blame yourself for their actions. Got it?"

2006-02-07 [divinesage]: Serania pulled away from him. "You don't understand. I can't just let it go that easily, that doesn't work for me. I can't just forget it, Drake. It's embedded in my mind. And I can't stop blaming myself for it. It was MY fault! Now if you'll excuse me..." She turned her back on him and started walking away.

2006-02-07 [First Wizard]: Drake reached out and grabbed her arm and spun her back to facing him. "Dammit Serania! I'm not asking you to forget it or to let it go. I'm telling you to stop blaming yourself, put the blame in it's proper place and use the anger from it to do what it takes to destroy the cause of the pain. If you don't want to accept the truth of the matter that's fine by me, but just know that when you're ready to accept it and do something about it, I'll be here for you. Until then I don't want to see you so much as think about any of them at all. By now, you're turning into the reason the pain continues. Asher started it, you continue it."

2006-02-07 [divinesage]: Serania wasn't willing to make eye contact with him. "Stop it Drake. This is the way I deal with pain. I don't care if you approve of it or not. I can't destroy Asher anymore than I can destroy you. You should know that. In any case, I suggest you let me go."

2006-02-07 [First Wizard]: Drake harrumphed as he let her go and stood to his full height, towering above her as a menacing-looking figure. "So be it." was all he said before slowly stalking off towards the castle. Drake stopped a few paces away from her. "Oh and by the way, if I ever see Asher again, it'll be in a fight to the death whether you try and stop it or not." With that he continued to walk off to his home. The massive castle that crowned his empire.

2006-02-07 [divinesage]: Serania watched him walk away, then fell to her knees. That argument had used up all her strength, especially since she was already emotionally drained. "Good job Galavodel... yet another that's angry with you, and only half way through the day. I may as well test my luck and go find Auron."

2006-02-07 [First Wizard]: After a while of walking Drake reached the narrow entrance to the path up to his castle. It was only 1 cart wide the whole way up save various stops so carts could pass each other if there was more than one on the path at a time. The entire path was designed to be one long trap for enemy armies. It was made especially for the defense of the castle. Massive oak trees enclosed the path on either side lending shade to the whole walkway and giving it a beautiful appearance. To any friend it was a gorgeous path up the mountain surrounded by trees, flowers and other lush vegitation, yet to enemies, it was a virtual deathtrap. In the golden days of the empire archers were stationed all around it.

2006-02-07 [First Wizard]: There was one other path to either side of this one, but both were hidden so well that only the army knew about them. Both paths were far easier to traverse so that soldiers could easily catch and kill any enemies heading to the castle. It was the perfect trap should anyone get so far. Drake simply walked in the center of the main path though, paying no attention to the brilliant scenery. He simply wanted to get back to the observatory in the keep beside the castle and relax and perhaps think for a while.

2006-02-07 [Lucy, My Angel of Death]: * colt stops suddenly, and holds his right arm, which feels as if its being burned and trwisted at the same time. the eyeball engraving on his palm turns out to be an eyeball, like the one in his dream, purple with a white iris and the three black dots around the iris. it starts to get covered in white armor. as that happens, his arm jerks arounduntil it is completely covered.*

2006-02-07 [Lucy, My Angel of Death]: * colt turns his palm to look at the eyeball. it gives him a blank stare. * why do you lok at me like that? why do you burn your blank stare in my head likea mindless . whatever the hell you are? * the eyeball just blinked, which caused even more pain. the arm jerked again.* colt was in serious pain, unbearable pain. * why do you do this to me?

2006-02-07 [Sabrina Catherine]: When everyone was dry she stopped the flames.

2006-02-07 [Lucy, My Angel of Death]: *still holding arm, colt stands straight up, and looks at the person who stopped the flames* who areyou? * still in pain, colt's arm jerks again. the eyeball blinks.blood starts to form under the eyeball's lid*

2006-02-08 [First Wizard]: Zedd had walked away from the young man a while ago. He had sensed a dark curse upon him but he had more important things on his mind than healing a single child. If one person died because he was helping to stop Auron then it was worth it. Easily. Zedd slowly began walking through the abandoned city streets as he thought on how to take care of the man this time.

2006-02-08 [divinesage]: Serania forced herself up and tried to decide what to do next. She could go after Drake, she could go home, or she could go find Zedd. Zedd always knew the answer to her problems. Finally, she decided that the company of the old man would be best for her.

2006-02-08 [First Wizard]: Zedd was slowly traversing the streets. He'd never seen the empire when it was full of life but he dearly hoped to. He passed old houses with badly worn shutters that slowly swung open as the wind hit them and imagined families everywhere in the city, busying themselves with their lives.

2006-02-08 [divinesage]: Serania searched for Zedd's power and found it, then followed her senses to him. She didn't want to bother him with her trouble, so she put on a smile and strode up to him casually. "Hello, Zedd. Nice day, isn't it?"

2006-02-08 [First Wizard]: Zedd smiled that warm, fatherly smile of his to her as he spotted Serania. "Hello child." He immediately picked through her act but decided to leave it be. He figured she'd talk about it when she was ready and so he played along. " Yes. It is a rather nice day. ONly thing that could make it better is if Auron weren't here, yet that being the case, the only way it could be worse is if Asher were here too, isn't it?" he finished with a laugh.

2006-02-08 [divinesage]: At the mention of Asher, Serania went pale, remembering her conversation with Drake. She managed a small nod, but nothing more.

2006-02-08 [First Wizard]: Zedd noticed her reaction and grimmaced. "Sorry. I forgot."

2006-02-08 [Sabrina Catherine]: "Here.... let me help you..." She walked up to him, and touched his arm lightly.

2006-02-08 [Lucy, My Angel of Death]: * colts arm threw him to his knees, and he drug the claws of the arm into the ground. then colt's right arm finnaly stopped jerking, and he stood up with his eyes closed.* now . thats better. now. behave yourself....... sorry dylan.... its just that this arm is a curse upon my family......... im the last one.... its name is transphar, but i call it an abomination.... so ....... oh by yhe way, whatever you do.. dont look at the iris.... it wil burn a hole in your dreams. and you wont get any sleep.

2006-02-09 [divinesage]: Serania shook her head slightly. "That's ok. I was just talking- err... arguing with Drake about this actually... Anyway, Drake doesn't seem too concered about Auron, oddly enough."

2006-02-09 [First Wizard]: Zedd shrugged. "I don't know. I can't say I think we should be running like chickens with their heads lopped off as we try to figure out how to save ourselves. We should be relaxed and calm as we try and figure things out. Maybe Drake's right?"

2006-02-09 [divinesage]: "Maybe- and this may sound odd, but maybe... he's not trying to make trouble. Maybe he's just... doing some soul searching? I don't know... I've done it before. Anyways, he hasn't done much yet, Though Arin and I did have to play knight-in-shining-armor for a couple people that got on his bad side."

2006-02-09 [First Wizard]: Zedd laughed at that. "Auron? Not here to make trouble? That man's nothing but it. He may not be here to destroy Drake or us this time, but that man loves trouble and torturing innocents. Only scary thing is Drake shares the sentiment. He just controlls it better. Those two you saved were probably just people he felt like torturing. They don't even have to have said anything to him. Auron just likes torturing people. Chances are they never even saw him till he walked past them after casting some dangerous spell on them and already trapped them."

2006-02-09 [Sabrina Catherine]: "ok....." Dylan was a little nervous around this guy.

2006-02-09 [Lucy, My Angel of Death]: * colt closes his eyes and lifts his arm and points at dylan* you shoudnt be nervous.... its coming from every pore on your body...... you need to chill out..... this thing isnt all that bad. its just. not normal thats all. anyways, i have it under control now... unfortunatly . im stuck with it out now. for the rest of my life. what it was doing was binding with my muscles. i have no skin on my right arm now....

2006-02-12 [First Wizard]: Zedd saw Colt lying on the ground, k.o.'d and shook his head. He then looked to Serania and said, "I heal him just to have him go and bash his head in."

2006-02-12 [Sabrina Catherine]: Dylan heard Zedd's voice, and looked, then she saw colt. "Oh my go!" She leapt down from her tree, and sprained her ankle.

2006-02-12 [divinesage]: Serania looked around at the KO'd Colt and the newly injured Dylan. "I'll take the easy one. You need your excerise, old man." she said with a smile as she moved towards Dylan.

2006-02-12 [Sabrina Catherine]: Dylan surrounded her ankle in blue flames, then got up. "I'm so damn clumsy....."

2006-02-12 [First Wizard]: Zedd rolled his eyes and knelt beside Colt, laying a thin hand on the young mans forehead. He muttered something under his breath about the boy being a twit or something as a faint glow formed under his hand and the injuries all over the boy quickly began to heal.

2006-02-13 [First Wizard]: Zedd looked at her as though she were an imbesile and replied, "He bashed his head in on the wall like the twit he is."

2006-02-13 [Sabrina Catherine]: "Sorry...." Her eyes fell.

2006-02-13 [First Wizard]: Zedd was looking at the boy again and looked at Dylan out of the corner of his eye. "What for, child?"

2006-02-13 [Sabrina Catherine]: "For being such an idiot...."

2006-02-13 [First Wizard]: Zedd laughed and smiled warmly to her. "It's alright child. You're not an idiot, least not as far as I can tell. Everyone just says stupid things now and again. Even me."

2006-02-13 [First Wizard]: Zedd quickly finished healing the twit and stood up, brushing the dirt from his knees. He then smiled jokingly to Dylan before saying, "Now this guy's a twit."

2006-02-13 [divinesage]: Serania followed him, pleased with the fact that she hadn't had to heal anyone. "You're really good with people Zedd. You'd make a wonderful father." Serania joked, knowing how Drake would feel to have kids in the castle.

He motioned for Serania to follow him and gave her that impish grin of his that just told her that he was up to no good. Zedd stole up behind the two(colt an Maria) absolutely silently and brought himself to standing as tall and imposingly as he could. He set his face in a glower and carried himself in a way that seemed amazingly menacing and imposing. He immediately had turned from a kindly old man to a powerful, authoritative and sinister figure. He spoke in a deep, rumbling, menacing voice. "This is the crown city of the Agendain Empire, which was once the largest in the world and has to this day never been near to matched in size"

2006-02-15 [First Wizard]: Zedd then turned his heated glower on Maria so that it seemed to pierce through to her very soul and lay it bare before him. "What business do you have here?"

2006-02-15 [divinesage]: Serania had to stifle her laughter at the absurdity of this. Not wanting to ruin Zedd's joke, she pulled back behind him and doubled over in silent laughter.

2006-02-15 [First Wizard]: Zedd was cracking up inside but he kept his outer countenance composed and menacing.

2006-02-16 [thelast1]: *Walks down the road in the darkest cloak the eyes of a being can stand, every plant he pases dies. He gets to Zedd takes off his hood."HHHHHEEELLLOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!............I'm back!!!!" all the plants then just come back to life as if there were happy and glad " And me Elmwoods here to stay!!!hahahahahahah!!!"

2006-02-17 [First Wizard]: Zedd broke into a wide smile finally. The act was over and it had worked like a charm. He clapped her on the shoulder with a gentle hand before speaking in a much softer, kinder voice, more befitting of the type of man he was. "Don't worry. Just about everyone's welcome in the empire and you definately are." He spread his arms out to either side as his kind grin continued to hold on his face. "Welcome to the Agendain Empire. There's tons of places to find a home for yourself, just beware of the emperor for now. He's not doing well and is rather testy because of it at the moment. Also.. beware a large man with silver hair and wolf ears. He goes by the name of Auron."

2006-02-17 [First Wizard]: "The man's basically trouble on two legs so I'd not even glance at him funny or you might be dead. I'm not quite sure which is worse at the moment, him or the emperor. Also, the emperor has long silver hair and a thick silver beard and he's absolutely enormous. You should be able to know him by that if he's not in his emperors garbs. If not, you can immediately tell who he is simply by the way he looks. There's no mistaking that man for a peasant," Zedd said with a grunted laugh.

His eyes held many harsh memories and a wealth of knowledge and also extreme power to them. "It's alright. I might not have scared you, but trust me, the emperor will should you catch that man in this mood. I've lived in him for most of my life and he's got even me scared to go back to the castle." He laughed thinking of how absurd it sounded, yet it was all too true.

"Well maybe you'll meet him sometime soon. Who knows? Anyway, are you looking for a place to stay, by the way?"

Well the empire's a very old place. most of the homes in the city are still in amazingly good condition and most all are empty so you'll have your pic of any house you want. Some are still rather dirty though and all are filled with dust. None have been used in thousands of years and there's some... well... ex-occupants still inside."

2006-02-17 [flawed_angel]: *she did a look that was sortof a mix between a smirk and an okay that is really gross* "i'm not sure that is sanitary..umm...*she stops him by grabbing his arm and turns him to where he is looking at her* "do i know you from somewhere .. ??"

2006-02-17 [First Wizard]: Zedd gives her a confused look and shrugs then smiles embarrassedly. "Well, I am rather old so it's possible, but I can't quite recall. And as for the corpses, it's pretty sanitary now. They've all gone to nothing but bleached bones by now. The stench is LONG gone but the blood's too dried to be removed by most things. You'll probably have to simply paint over it, should you choose one of those houses."

2006-02-19 [First Wizard]: Zedd slowly left the residential district and began to walk towards the small path to the castle. If he was lucky, he'd reach the castle before it was pitch black outside. Not likely though. The path was FAR too long.

2006-02-20 [flawed_angel]: *maria walked around admiring the beauty of the place she had stumbled across*

2006-02-20 [First Wizard]: Zedd was quickly a decent way up the path. The sun was nearly completely down and it was a new moon that night. It was going to be a very dark walk soon.

2006-02-20 [flawed_angel]: Maria soon found a path she assumed led up to the castle, so she began to walk up it hoping to find the only person she knew up there.

2006-02-20 [First Wizard]: Zedd decided he'd best not waste his energy running up the path in this bad of light so he slowed his pace to a leisurely strolling pace. Drake was probably already cooking dinner. He wondered what had become of Auron.

2006-02-20 [flawed_angel]: Maria just continued to walk up the path still admiring anything that she could .. it had been months since she had been anywhere near anything so beautiful

2006-02-20 [First Wizard]: As the sun continued to lower and things got too dark to see easily, Zedd held his palm up and used his magic to create a bright flame in it to light his way as he continued to stroll along.

2006-02-20 [flawed_angel]: Maria looked up into the distance where the light was coming from and tried to hurry along so maybe she might have light to guide her if she could catch up with whoever that was...then she tripped and twisted her ankle...Maria let out a small shreik but it wasnt but a second later that she got back up and decided just to walk even if it was in the dark..

2006-02-20 [First Wizard]: Zedd reeled around towards the noise. It sounded like the woman he had met earlier. Maria, was it? He quickly turned around and began to quickly walk back towards the shriek.

2006-02-20 [flawed_angel]: Maria noticed the light was now moving tward her and was very gratefull but she hoped that she hadnt scared anybody..

2006-02-20 [First Wizard]: Zedd quickly was able to see Maria and he sighed with relief that she wasn't hurt badly. He quickly came up beside her and laid his free hand on her shoulder. "I heard you shriek. Are you alright?"
